about

Yn Scollag Aeg (An Sgoilear Òg / An Scoláire Óg), a haunting Manx Traditional slow air that tells the tale of young maiden who, whilst washing her clothes down at the river, regularly sees a handsome young man ride by on his white horse each time she is there. He never ever gives her a second glance which makes her broken hearted. She wishes he would gaze upon her and whisk her away. A classic tale of unrequited love!
